This is the Loyal Subjects x Hasbro Transformers Mini Series One Starscream Decepticon 3-inch Figure. He's part of a blind box assortment / case-pack of 16 figures. What's a blind box? A blind box is a type of packaging that completely hides its contents. Blind boxes are identical in every way and nobody knows which toy is inside. All figures in the series are displayed on the side of the box, along with the odds ratio of finding each one. There are two Starscream Transformer figures per case.
Starscream is a fictional character in the Transformers franchise. He is one of the most prolific characters in the Transformers fictional work, appearing in almost all incarnations of the story. Starscream is usually portrayed with the same characterization. Formerly a scientist, Starscream is a treacherous, high-ranking Decepticon who turns into a jet and is openly known to want to replace Megatron as the leader of the Decepticons. (source: wiki)

The box shows the other characters featured in Series 1. There's Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Jazz, Grimlock, Megatron, Soundwave, Starscream and Thundercracker. Foil is used to wrap the figure so nobody can open the box and peek inside. Also, it prevents people from using high-tech X-ray devices to scan the box. Apparently, it has happened!
Peel open the foil and voila, Starscream! With his wings and weapon packed separately.
Even comes with a character card stating that Starcream (oops! typo error LOL) is a Decepticon and his function is Air Commander who seeks to replace Megatron as leader.
Loyal Subjects x Hasbro Transformers Mini Series One Starscream Decepticon 3-inch Figure is chunky, boxy and cute.
He would certainly make a nice gift for fans of Transformers or collectors of urban vinyl toys

One of the signature weapons of Starscream and the Seekers, the null-ray is capable of stopping any electrical device with one shot, be it human or Transformer.
"Conquest is made out of the ashes of one's enemies."
There is some articulation with this mini figure, mainly swivel movements. You can turn the head, waist / hip left and right, and the arms up and down. You can also rotate the hands.
